When you hear the Adhan

"When you hear the Adhan, repeat what the Mu'adhdhin says.
Then ask Allah to exalt my mention because everyone who does so
will receive in return ten rewards from Allah.
Then beseech Allah to grant me Al-Wasilah,
which is a high rank in Jannah,
fitting for only one of Allah's slaves;
and I hope that I will be that man.
If any one asks Al-Wasilah for me,
it becomes incumbent upon me to intercede for him.''

Box of Friendship!

Into a box of friendship
To insure that it is strong
First a layer of respect
On the bottom does belong
Then to the sides attach
In the corners where they meet
Several anchors full of trust
Devoid of all deceit
The height of friendship can be measured
By the sides of four
So make them all a larger cut
And the box will hold much more
Now fill it up with courtesy
Honor and esteem
Understanding, sympathy
And passion for a dream
Add to that your honesty
Emotions joy and love
And since they're so important
Place them up above
But leave the box wide open
So all can see inside
To learn what makes a friendship work
From the box you built with pride
And in it they'll see your face, my friend

Because you're the most important item of them all

My Shattered Dream

That beautiful day, when the day was at it's best,
I was lying near the lake and my thoughts were at rest.
The aroma of blossoming flora, worked like a magic,
The plopping of small stones, sounded like a music.
The humming of beautiful birds, amused my ears,
And Happiness rolled down my eyes in the form of tears.
In the midst of these, when I took a snooze,
Deep in my mind, my thoughts began to ooze.
As HE knocked my heart, my thoughts got rambled,
I found myself tangled.
His lustrous eyes, That can frenzy a many,
His flawless smile, that can excite a many.
His tender hands, blooming like a rose,
His gentle touch, making me to rouse.
Though my hands began to quiver, I took them to his face,
And was about to take it in palms, felt it was God'sgrace.
And suddenly the sky thundered, I woke up with a scream,
I was lying near the lake, found shattered my dream.
I stood up and walked to my home, with a heart filled with pain,
Trying to build that scene, though in vain.
From that day till today, I go to the lake everyday,
I lie on it's bed and close my eyes,
Imagining his beauty and his lustrous eyes.
But he never knocked my heart
I found hin nowhere, nor he entered in my dream
And again blew a thunderous storm, but that was not in the clear
sky,
but it was in my heart, that blew me too high.
Any U may say, why so fuss, though it was a dream,
But to me my dear friend,
It is more beautiful than the truth, that's my shattered dream.
That's my shattered dream

Miss me miss you

Missed me?
Nah.
Not a bit?
Not a bit.

Not even a teeny weenie bit?
Sorry, no

Sure?
Mmm...yeah, pretty much sure.

Well, I did.
How much?

All the way to the moon and back.
Only that much?

As much as the day were to miss the Sun if it weren’t there.
Not much.

As much as a song misses its words
Hmmmmm

As much as a rainbow who has lost its colors
Yeah?

As much as a diabetic missing his insulin shot
Yeewww.... ok

As much as a gasping fish when out of water
lol, I see the resemblance.

As much as a desert misses the pregnant clouds
Too much

All days are nights to see till I see thee,
And nights bright days when dreams do show thee to me.
Shakespeare. He misses me too?

As much as you missed me.
Untrue

What?
That can’t be true

Why?
Because I missed you more.

Great Sayings On Marriage

I recently read that love is entirely a matter of chemistry.

The most effective way to remember your wife's birthday is to forget it once...

A Kiss of Forever!

The first time I felt your lips
I thought it was merely a dream
I opened my eyes and to my surprise
The most handsome eyes I've ever seen.

I don't know why you love me
But because of that I know dreams come true
All I want is love and devotion
Honesty and faithfulness from you.

Since that very first day we kissed
I just couldn't let it go
I'd found a love to last forever
And so much to experience and know.

I couldn't believe what I was staring at
You stole my heart away
I love you with all my heart
More and more each day.

Whenever things get really rough
And there's times I begin to miss
I just close my eyes and begin to dream
And remember our first kiss.

I can't remember any kisses before you
But it doesn't matter now
I still can't believe it
The feelings in that kiss I had found.

It all just came in one day
Two people who were perfect together
And I found it all in one precious touch
In that priceless kiss of forever.

It Hurts to Lose You

How do I tell it hurts to lose you,
You don't know how much I love you.
You were such a great friend,
But now you are my biggest fiend.
Whenever you told me about your bad days,
I tried my best to make it not go worst,
But whenever I told you about my bad days,
You didn't listen and tried your best to make it worst.
I don't know what has gotten into you,
But wahtever it is, it must go away,
I want to have the real you, swetheart
I can't afford to let you go away

Miss U so Much !!!

I hide my tears when I say your name, but the pain in my heart is still the same. Although I Smile & Seem Carefree, There is no one Who misses you more than ME!

The donkey

The pastor entered his donkey in a race and it won.

The pastor was so pleased with the donkey that he entered in another race and it won again.

The local paper read: PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT.

The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the pastor not to enter the donkey in any more races.

The next day the local paper headline read: BISHOP SCRATCHES THE PASTOR'S ASS.

This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the pastor to get rid of the donkey. The pastor decided to give it to a nun in a nearby convent.

The local paper, hearing of the news, posted the following headline: NUN HAS THE BEST ASS IN TOWN .

The Bishop fainted.

He informed the nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey so she sold it to a farmer for $10.

The next day the headlines read: NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10.

This was too much for the Bishop, so he ordered the nun to buy back the donkey and lead it to the high plains where it could run free.

The next day the headlines read : NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE.

Alas... The Bishop was buried the next day.

MORAL OF THE STORY???

A Dream For You

If I could dream
The dream I wanted too,
I would close my eyes,
And dream a dream for you.

I would give you all the world,
That you are deserving of,
And to you I would give
My everlasting love.

I would see to it,
That you were never sad.
And nothing in your life
Would ever happen bad.

I would wish for you,
All things would go your way,
And you would always be happy,
Each and every day.

In my dream
You would stay
Just as beautiful
As you are today.

Life for you would be as perfect
As the blueness of the sky,
And no one would ever hurt you,
Or ever make you cry.

I know it's just a dream,
But if dreams could come true,
I would close my eyes,
And dream a dream for you.

Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character

The Japanese have always loved fresh fish. But the water close to Japan has not held many fish for decades. So to feed the Japanese population, fishing boats got bigger and went further than ever. The further the fishermen went, the longer it took to bring the fish. If the return trip took more time, the fish were not fresh. To solve this problem, fish companies installed freezers on their boats. They would catch the fish and freeze them at sea. Freezers allowed the boats to go further and stay longer. However, the Japanese could taste the difference between fresh and frozen fish. And they did not like the taste of frozen fish. The frozen fish brought a lower price. So, fishing companies installed fish tanks. They would catch the fish and stuff them in the tanks, fin to fin. After a little thrashing around, they were tired, dull, and lost their fresh-fish taste. The fishing industry faced an impending crisis! But today, they get fresh-tasting fish to Japan .

How did they manage? To keep the fish tasting fresh, the Japanese fishing companies still put the fish in the tanks but with a small shark. The fish are challenged and hence are constantly on the move. The challenge they face keeps them alive and fresh!

Have you realized that some of us are also living in a pond but most of the time tired and dull ? Basically in our lives, sharks are new challenges to keep us active. If you are steadily conquering challenges, you are happy. Your challenges keep you energized. Don't create success and revel in it in a state of inertia. You have the resources, skills and abilities to make a difference. Put a shark in your tank and see how far you can really go!

Become a Lie Detector

Introduction to Detecting Lies:
The following techniques to telling if someone is lying are often used by police, and
security experts. This knowledge is also useful for managers, employers, and for anyone to use in everyday situations where telling the truth from a lie can help prevent you from being a victim of fraud/scams and other deceptions.
Warning: Sometimes Ignorance is bliss; after gaining this knowledge, you may be hurt when it is obvious that someone is lying to you.
Signs of Deception:
Body Language of Lies:

• Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and
leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space.

• A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact.

• Hands touching their face, throat &
mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.
Emotional Gestures & Contradiction

• Timing and duration of emotional gestures and emotions are off a normal pace. The display of emotion is delayed, stays longer it would naturally, then stops suddenly.

• Timing is off between emotions gestures/expression s and words. Example: Someone says "I
love it!" when receiving a gift, and then smile after making that statement, rather then at the same time the statement is made.

• Gestures/expression s don't match the verbal statement, such as frowning when saying "I love you."

• Expressions are limited to mouth movements when someone is faking emotions (like happy, surprised, sad, awe, )instead of the whole face. For example; when someone smiles naturally their whole face is involved: jaw/cheek movement, eyes and forehead push down, etc.
Interactions and Reactions

• A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive.

• A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away.

• A liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc.) between themselves and you.
Verbal Context and Content

• A liar will use your words to make answer a question. When asked, "Did you eat the last cookie?" The liar answers, "No, I did not eat the last cookie."

•A statement with a contraction is more likely to be truthful: " I didn't do it" instead of "I did not do it"

• Liars sometimes avoid "lying" by not making direct statements. They imply answers instead of denying something directly.

• The guilty person may speak more than natural, adding unnecessary details to convince you.... they are not comfortable with silence or pauses in the conversation.

• A liar may leave out pronouns and speak in a monotonous tone. When a truthful statement is made the pronoun is emphasized as much or more than the rest of the words in a statement.

• Words may be garbled and spoken softly, and syntax and grammar may be off. In other
words, his sentences will likely be muddled rather than emphasized
Other signs of a lie:

• If you believe someone is lying, then change subject of a conversation quickly, a liar follows along willingly and becomes more relaxed. The guilty wants the subject changed; an innocent person may be confused by the sudden change in topics and will want to back to the previous subject.

• Using humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject.
Final Notes:
Obviously, just because someone exhibits one or more of these signs does not make them a liar. The above behaviors should be compared to a persons base (normal) behavior whenever possible

Israel resumes Gaza bombardment

Israeli warplanes have resumed their air strikes on Gaza Strip, hitting targets across the territory, including a mosque and a television station.

Two bodies were retrieved from the rubble of a mosque near Gaza City's Shifa hospital early on Sunday, witnesses said.

The blast, just after midnight, blew out windows at the hospital, hospital officials said.
The studio building of al-Aqsa TV was also destroyed, but the station remained on air with a mobile unit.
Palestinians counted about attacks in the early hours of Sunday, after more than 225 people had been killed and hundreds of other injured in air raids the previous day as Israel launched Operation Cast Lead.
Ehud Barack, Israel's defence minister, has warned that the air raids could be followed by a major ground incursion into the Gaza Strip.

"We are ready for anything. If it's necessary to deploy ground forces to defend our citizens, we will do so," Barak's spokesman quoted him as saying on Sunday.

Israeli television has reported that hundreds of infantry and armoured forces were massing on the border of the territory.

No truce
Earlier Barak rejected calls for a new truce between the Palestinian Hamas movement and Israel.
"For us to be asked to have a ceasefire with Hamas is like asking you [the United States] to have a ceasefire with al-Qaeda. It's something we cannot really accept," he told Fox News from Tel Aviv.
Ehud Olmert, the outgoing Israeli prime minister, described the assault as a war on the Palestinian faction which took full control of the Gaza Strip in June 2007 after pushing out security force loyal to Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president.
Members of the Israeli cabinet say the attack was in response to an increase in the number of home-made rockets being fired into southern Israel since a ceasefire ended on December 19.

At least one Israel was killed and six other wounded in missile attacks by Palestinian fighters after the raids on Gaza began.
Carnage
Gaza witnesses reported heavy damage after dozens of missiles were fired from helicopter gunships and fighter jets on about 40 different locations in the strip on Saturday.
Many of the dead in the series of attacks were police officers, including Tawfiq Jabber, the Gaza chief of police.
The toll is expected to rise further, with bodies still lying buried under the rubble of destroyed buildings.

Hospitals, already suffering from shortages due to an 18-month blockade on the Gaza Strip, said they were struggling to cope with the number of injured, which included women and children.
Gaza is densely populated. Its 1.5 million residents were already experiencing shortages in power and basic supplies due to the siege which is widely condemned by human rights movements as a collective punishment.
'Ugly massacre'
Ismail Haniya, the Hamas leader in Gaza, called the assault Israel's "ugliest massacre".
"I call on Palestinians to remain united and together in the face of this crime, in the face of this massacre and continued aggression, targeting our soil and our citizens," he said.
Olmert, speaking in Tel Aviv on Saturday, said the operation would take time and called on Israelis to be "patient".
"The quiet we offered was answered with mayhem. Our desire for calm was answered with terror," he said.
"You are not our enemies. We do not fight against you," Olmert said in a direct address to Palestinians.
"[Terrorist organisations] are disastrous for both peoples. Israel is not fighting against the Palestinian people, and the targets attacked today were chosen with the intent of avoiding civilian casualties."
Long operation
Jacky Rowland, Al Jazeera's correspondent in Jerusalam, said: "People have been forewarned about further operations of this intesnsity for many days to come, with more sorties flown by Israeli planes and helicopters and more targets in Gaza.
"In response, more than 50 rockets were fired into Israel today. Defence officials are warning that there could be as many as 200 rockets fired every day into Israel in the days to come."
Salam Fayyad, the Palestinian prime minister in the West Bank-based government, condemned the attack and demanded an immediate cessation.
Many leaders added their voices to condemn the onslaught, including Ban Ki-moon, secretary-general of the UN, who called for an immediate cessation of hostilities.
Mousa Abu Morzouz, the deputy leader of Hamas, said: "Nobody in this world can accept what happened and the Israeli aggression ... [we expect] the international community to stand against this and say that it is not acceptable."
Mustafa Barghouthi, the former Palestinian information minister, said: "This is not an attack on Hamas. It is an attack on the whole population and the free will of the people of Gaza."
He accused Israel of committing "war crimes" and demanded that Abbas and his government stop all relations with Israel.
'Only just beginning'
The Israeli army released a statement on Saturday saying "terrorist installations" were hit and that all Israeli pilots returned unharmed.

Avi Benayahu, an Israeli military spokesman said: " The operation against Hamas is "only just beginning".
The air raids follow a breakdown of a six-month-old Israel-Hamas truce earlier this month.
The ceasefire expired on December 19, with Hamas arguing that Israel had violated the truce by preventing vital supplies from entering the Strip.
Egypt has opened the Rafah crossing with the Gaza Strip to receive injured people, Egyptian officials said. Ambulances have been sent to the crossing and two Egyptian hospitals emptied to take in the wounded.
Hamas won control of the Palestinian Legislative Council in elections in January 2005. The international community refused to accept a Hamas-led government, demanding that the faction recognise Israel and renounce violence. Economic sanctions by the EU and US followed.
Hamas took control of the Gaza Strip in June 2007 after bloody street battles against its rival, Fatah.

Heart To Heart

Tonight thoughts of you are vividly strong
To love you this much, how can it be wrong
Though distance is fact, and a major part
I knew of this obstacle, right from the start

Love knows no boundaries, distance, nor time
And my only thought was for to make me your
Love travels the miles on angels' wings
And if returned, it means everything

To kiss your lips, feel your embrace
Your gentle hands caressing my face
These things I long for while we're apart
Yet still I know, we touch with our hearts

Daydreams take me to a place in time
To a heavenly realm that is so sublime
No barriers, no buffers, nor distance to close
Just two hearts entwining, the merging of souls

And there we will reign, two hearts as one
Until dealing with distance is finally done
When hearts are the focus, no price is too high
Whatever the cost, I'll gladly comply

And so tonight, as I look to the stars
Two hearts are embracing, 'tho from afar
I've closed that distance, don't be alarmed
My spirit is with you, I'm there in your arms

For Me And You.

I cherish the memory of a
romantic stroll in the park with you.
When you held my hand,
I suddenly felt breathless.
For the first time,
I knew that true love existed,
not only in dreams,
not only in fairytales,
but for me and you.
And when I saw the love
reflected in your eyes,
I forgot all of my worries.
I was in awe
at the beauty of life,
and the beauty of love.
For the first time,
I knew that happiness existed,
not only in dreams,
not only for the lucky ones.
but for me and you.
And when I held you in my arms,
the whole world faded around me,
and I escaped to the paradise of you.
For the first time,
I knew that heaven existed,
not only in dreams,
not only for angels,
but for me and you.
Now, I'm living life to its fullest,
knowing that each day spent with you
is a precious gift.
For the first time,
I'm optimistic about the future.
Not a dark cloud can touch me,
because there's a lifetime
of loving ahead,
not in a dream,
not in a fairytale,
but for me and you.

I Still Care About You .

The times we shared together
Always meant so much to me.
You put love in my heart
And you set my soul free.

Sometimes I think
Maybe I took it for granted,
For whenever you were near
My life seemed so enchanted.

I'm sorry that we lost touch,
And I hope that we can find
The connection we once had
That somehow got left behind.

I just want you to know
That
it's true, I still care.
Finding someone like you
Is most certainly rare.

I hope you'll please consider
That it would be a dream come true,
If perhaps, just maybe,
I could hear something back from you...
Happy Friendship Day

I love your smile

I love your smile, your heart, your mind,
I love the way you are so kind.
I love the small things that I see,
And wonder what you see in me.
You make me laugh, you make me smile,
You make me love you all the while,
And when once more we are as one,
The dark will fade, you'll be my sun.
I love you easily, forever too,
When I'm happy, the cause is you.
When true love comes, do not delay,
Take hold before it goes away.
Because to me love is a prize,
And I can see it in your eyes,
I love you dear, I love you true,
And all my love, I give to you.

You are my heart, you are my soul,
I love you cause you make me whole.
When we're apart, I cry each day,
And wish I was with you to stay.
But in the end, past many trials,
Past many roads and many miles,
Together we will be again,
To laugh, to love, and be best friends.

This is what True Love is all about :

It was a busy morning, approximately 8:30 a.m .,
when an elderly gentleman in his 80's, arrived to have stitches
removed from his thumb.
He stated that he was in a hurry as he
had an appointment at 9:00 am.

I took his vital signs and had him take a seat,
knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him.
I saw him look at his watch and decided, since
I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound.

On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors,
got the needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound.

While taking care of his wound, we began to engage in conversation.
I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning,
as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he
needed to go to the nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife.

I then
inquired as to her health. He told me that she had been there
for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer' s Disease .

As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late.
He replied that she no longer knew who he was,
that she had not recognized him in five years now.

I was surprised, and asked him, "And you still go every morning,
even though she doesn't know who you are? "

He smiled as he patted my hand and said, " She doesn't know me,
but I still know who she is." I had to hold back tears as he left,
I had goose bumps on my arm, and thought,
"That is the kind of love I want in my life."

True love is neither physical,
nor romantic.
True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been,
will be, and will not be.

How do you know when you're in love?

How do you know when you're in love

is it the crazy things you do

is it the fact that my heart skips a beat

everytime that i think of you

Is it the fact that I can't sleep at night

when your image is in my head

Or is it the fact that I can't stop smiling

after every word that you've said

Is it the need to hold you in my arms

and keep you there forever

Or is it the fact that I wrote you a poem

and sent it to you in a letter

Is it this awful feeling deep inside

whenever I have to take you home

Or is it just being here without you

that makes me feel so alone

Is is this hunger deep inside

that longs for your kiss

I am so happy that I'm in love

for there are so many things I would miss

In Ashkon Ko Chupana Chahta Hoon..

In Ashkon Ko Chupana Chahta Hoon

Tere Yaad Ko Dil Se Mitana Chahta Hoon

Tujhe Dekh Kar Jo Mujhe Ehsas Hota Hai

Main Us Se Ab Peecha Churana Chahta Hoon

Tumhari Yaadon Se Tumhari Baaton Se

Ab Main Bohot Door Jaana Chahta Hoon

Khayalon Ki Dunya Se Khawabon Ki Dunya Se

Ab Main Bahir Nikalna Chahta Hoon

Thak Gaya Hoon In Kaanton Bhari Raah Pe Chalte Chalte

Ab Main Kuch Dair Aaram Karna Chahta Hoon

Par Kaise Bhula Doon A Dil_E_Nadan Us Ko

Jisay Main Itna Chahta Hoon.......

I Want To Say I Love You

Something wild and free

Crazy and brand new

Spending time with friends

But at the same time being with you

We're the best of friends

But deeper in my eyes

Where ever your around

My heart no longer crys

Always being upset

Or forever in a fight

Thats not a relashionship

None of that is right

Everyday saying I'm sorry

For something I've said or done

All of a sudden it turned serious

I'm no longer having fun

But when I'm with you

Being with you

Just being by your side

I can let the tears fall

They no longer have to hide

Your suppose to be a friend

Some one I can turn too

Even though I'm wanting

To tell you I love you!

Is It A Fantasy

It may be a fantasy but feelings are there
So strong the feelings that they share
Yearn they do just ever so much
For each others tender touch
A beautiful fantasy this love they feel
Filling their heart that is so real

Their bodies never meet but their souls never part
Forever that special place is in their burning heart
Where ever they may go either day or night
It is their love they feel just burning so bright
Using that love to help them through
Each day and night with all the things they do

Always they dream of when together they’ll be
In a real life and not just a fantasy
Those dreams are the fuel from which they feed
To keep them going in this life they lead
Believing that someday it could become real
And have someone to see and not only feel

Why men don't write advice columns?

Dear Walter:

I hope you can help me here.

The other day I set off for work leaving my husband in the house watching the TV as usual.

I hadn't gone more than a mile down the road when my engine conked out and the car shuddered to a halt.

I walked back home to get my husband's help. When I got home I couldn't believe my eyes. He was in the bedroom with a neighbor lady .

I am 32, my husband is 34 and we have been married for twelve years. When I confronted him, he broke down and admitted that he'd been having an affair for the past six months. I told him to stop or I would leave him.

He was let go from his job six months ago and he says he has been feeling increasingly depressed and worthless.

I love him very much, but ever since I gave him the ultimatum he has become increasingly distant.

I don't feel I can get through to him anymore. Can you please help?

Sincerely,
Mrs... Lisa

Dear Lisa:

A car stalling after being driven a short distance can be caused by a variety of faults with the engine.

Start by checking that there is no debris in the fuel line.

If it is clear, check the jubilee clips holding the vacuum pipes onto the inlet manifold. If none of these approaches solves the problem, it could be that the fuel pump itself is faulty, causing low delivery pressure to the carburetor float chamber.

I hope this helps.

The Carrot, Coffee beans & Egg

A young woman went to her mother and told her about her life and how things were so hard for her.

She did not know how she was going to make it and wanted to give up. She was tired of fighting and struggling. It seemed as one problem was solved, a new one arose.

Her mother took her to the kitchen. She filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to boil. In the first she placed carrots, in the second she placed eggs, and in the last she placed ground coffee beans. She let them sit and boil, without saying a word.

In about twenty minutes she turned off the burners. She fished the carrots out and placed them in a bowl. She pulled the eggs out and placed them in a bowl. Then she ladled the coffee out and placed it in a bowl.

Turning to her daughter, she asked, "Tell me what you see."

"Carrots, eggs, and coffee," she replied.

Her mother brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. The mother then asked the daughter to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard boiled egg.

Finally, the mother asked the daughter to sip the coffee. The daughter smiled as she tasted its rich aroma.

The daughter then asked, "What does it mean, mother?"

Her mother explained that each of these objects had faced the same adversity -- boiling water. Each reacted differently.

The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting. However, after being subjected to the boiling water, it softened and became weak.

The egg had been fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting through the boiling water, its inside became hardened.

The ground coffee beans were unique, however. After they were in the boiling water, they had changed the water.

"Which are you?" she asked her daughter. "When adversity knocks on your door, how do you respond? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?"

Think of this: Which am I? Am I the carrot that seems strong, but with pain and adversity do I wilt and become soft and lose my strength?

Am I the egg that starts with a malleable heart, but changes with the heat?

Did I have a fluid spirit, but after a death, a breakup, a

Financial hardship or some other trial, have I become hardened and stiff?

Does my shell look the same, but on the inside am I bitter and tough with a stiff spirit and hardened heart?

Or am I like the coffee bean? The bean actually changes the hot water, the very circumstance that brings the pain. When the water gets hot, it releases the fragrance and flavor. If you are like the bean, when things are at their worst, you get better and change the situation around you.

When the hour is the darkest and trials are their greatest, do you elevate yourself to another level? How do you handle adversity? Are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?

The poem to describe 2008

At Christmastime 2008,
In this, our fragile fiscal state,
We search our economic soul
And find the world's a lump of coal,
Where many cover food and rent
Then wonder where the paycheck went,
Or, if they dare to peek, they gaze
At 401s with fractured (k)s.
Plus, as you're reading this, you'll find
The value of your home declined
(Poor Sheila Bair works overtime,
But still foreclosure figures climb),
Or if you sought a small-biz loan,
The bank just laughed you
off the phone.
You're Big Biz? Well, it's still no dice:
The credit market's Arctic ice.
The Dow fell stomach-churningly,
And Bear Stearns is a memory,
Nor is there any point in dreamin'
Richard Fuld will bring back Lehman.
Messrs. Paulson and Bernanke
Mainly leave folks dazed and cranky;
As the bailouts get rewritten,
The reaction? Less than smitten.
On the front page, Bernie Madoff;
On Page Two, new thousands laid off.
'08's theme, if such there be,
Is simply negativity,
Where every bond or fund or stock
Is in a state of constant shock
And every industry's dismayed
Enough to plead for federal aid.
In such a climate, can we cope
With anything that smacks of hope?
What, hope? That hoary, corny thing
To which a nation used to cling
When ears beneath fedora hats
Heard F.D.R. give Fireside Chats?
With every indicator down,
Against all odds, it's back in town.
So Christmas greetings first to him
Who made the outlook seem less grim:
For Prez-elect, salute so calm a
Presence as Barack Obama.
Laud his sense of fun, implied in
Picking for a Veep Joe Biden.
Why stop there? We're even wishin'
Good things on the opposition:
Yes, it was a doomed campaign,
But Merry Christmas, John McCain,
And even though you kept assailin'
English, droppin' g's and flailin'
Into syntax that kept failin',
Happy Yuletide, Sarah Palin.
Season's best to Hillary—
You really dodged artillery?
Comparatively, State should be
An island of tranquility.
A callout to the Fox News crew,
Who did what Rupert told them to,
And thanks for an amusing summer,
Reverend Wright and Joe the Plumber.
One more nod, to Silver, Nate,
Who nailed it at FiveThirtyEight.

In the business world, success
Was rarer than a C.D.S.
That didn't wind up in a mess,
Yet some achieved it nonetheless.
Yuletide greetings, then, to Heinz—
It's growing fat on soy sauce lines,
And comfort food's a thriving group—
Congratulations, Campbell's Soup.
For lunch, it's not what you'd call glam,
But never one to loaf is Spam,
While Kellogg, Kraft, and General Mills
Are raking in the dollar bills.
There's Coca-Cola, full of fizz,
And Apple, winning office biz,
While Avon Products found a boon
In Avon gal Reese Witherspoon,
Plus those who seek secure-stock grabs
Are glad to grab at Abbott Labs,
And making cable buys, the ad men
Flock to AMC for Mad Men.
In a downturn, shining through
Are Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, too,
And when the housing market slows,
Home Depot perks up; so does Lowe's.
To firms like these, we bow and scrape;
For tough times, you're in decent shape.

Season's greetings, too, to those
Contending with recession woes.
Wagoner, how maladroit,
In trying to bail out Detroit,
To travel via private jet
To beg the Hill to wipe out debt,
As did Nardelli and Mulally—
Talk about your PR folly.
Still, let's hope the Chevy Volt
Gives GM an electric jolt,
And U.S. drivers who request a
Diesel-engine Ford Fiesta
Won't forever be left flat;
The industry needs stuff like that.
It's not just Motown that's in pain—
Good luck with B of A, John Thain,
And down at Citi, Vikram Pandit,
Hope reform goes as you planned it.
Also hoping, Jamie Dimon,
You'll get JPMorgan climbin'.
Sumner Redstone, ere you crash,
We pray at last you find some cash,
And hey, Lloyd Blankfein, don't relax,
There's much to do at Goldman Sachs.
(Now that it's a commercial bank
We only hope the shares don't tank.)
EBay's been a little slow,
So crank it up, John Donahoe,
And Larry Fink, we'd like to think
That you'll keep BlackRock in the pink.
August Busch, both Third and Fourth,
May InBev send your bankbooks north;
Jeffrey Bewkes, we pray Time Warner
Finally can turn the corner.
Mr. Gates, with less to do,
We're counting on good works from you.
(We're confident at Microsoft
Steve Ballmer will keep things aloft.)
T. Boone Pickens, going green,
A blessing on your wind machine,
And since warm wishes seldom reach
Where activist investors preach,
A happy Yule to Nelson Peltz,
Who's off annoying someone else.

For next year, we merely wish
A climate not so Hades-ish,
Where every week we don't convene
To tear apart the magazine
And start from scratch, because we find
The landscape newly redesigned,
A market not so cellar-bound
(We can't imagine turnaround),
Some leadership in Washington
That actually gets things done,
And globally, a brotherhood
That stumbles toward a common good.
I can't say why, I don't know how,
But if you've read this up to now,
You too may sense the universe
May soon get better (can't get worse).
So raise a glass to auld lang syne,
And see you in 2009.

NEVER DOUBT YOUR LOVE

No matter where you go
No matter what you do
I never doubt your love
I am so in love with you

When the sun arises
I remember how beautiful you are
In the ocean you're a shining jewel
So near to me your heart

When the rain falls upon your face
My heart opens, my soul is one with you
I never doubt your love
For I am holding you

In this life I wonder
How we have this bond
When our spirits meet
I will sing your song

I never doubt your love
When in your eyes I see
The part of me that's missing
We love...eternally

WHEN YOU SAID YOU LOVED ME

I haven't seen you in a whileI haven't seen your smile
The one who lured me with his charmsis not with me,
but in another's armsNow what am I supposed to do?
I can't think about the good timeswhen you spoke the lover's
linesI can't think at all tonight,I just wonder why?
Why do you love her and not me?I love you, don't you see?
These thoughts cloud my mindDid our love make me blind?
I just lie here because I can't sleepThinking of promises you couldn't
keepWhat did I do that changed your heart?
What was it that brought us apart?
I think of the words you whispered
The ones that no one else had heardNnow those words are
whispered to herWords that in my heart i held so dearYou knew
I loved youI thought you loved me tooBut when I see you with her,
it makes me rememberhow things used to beWhen you said you loved me.

I care for you so deeply

I care for you so deeply.
My heart beats for your slightest touch.

Your voice sings to me so sweetly
That I want to be with you ever so much.

I think about you always,
Sometimes with concern and despair.

I want to mean something to you
No matter what the heartache I may bare.

You have such an aura about you,
One that makes me weak in the knees.

I get so nervous around you,
It's hard to keep these butterflies at ease.

Your eyes reach deep inside me
This is why I try to hide.

I fear that you'll see everything
Opening my heart up even more wide.

When your breath caresses my lips
And our bodies are intertwined,

I can't help but feel your heart pounding,
Wanting these moments to be only mine.

You have such a power within in you
A responsibility not taken to lightly.

To you I would graciously give everything,
If it was me you could smile for so brightly.

I'm not asking you to give me your everything,
Just an honest woman I want to be.

To hold you and kiss you and love you,
To take all your hurt and set it free.

Deaths in Israel airstrike mounts ( Now who is the real terrorist and where is Bushs Terrorists Policy )

As instructed by its political leadership, the Israeli army continued its military offensive against the Gaza Strip and shelled further targets raising the number of deaths among the residents to 228, and at least 700 residents were wounded, dozens seriously.

The Qatar-based news Agency said that the simultaneous and ongoing Israeli strikes also targeted a mosque, the Palestinian Ministry of Detainees, and dozens of civilian homes and facilities.

At least 40 security centers were simultaneously hit; some centers were repeatedly hit which increased the number of casualties as the residents and medics rushed to evacuate the wounded and the casualties before the Israeli force struck the same targets again

AL Shifa hospital in Gaza, the main hospital in central Gaza, is overloaded with killed and wounded residents. Dr. Hasan Khalaf, head of the hospital, said that the hospital had to use some ordinary rooms as primitive intensive care units due to the large number of injuries.

Is everyone Sleeping Now ? 228 people killed 750 wounded where is everyone now ? Innocent people are killed by the Israel now no one using hard words against them ? No one threatening them to stop the Air strikes and these killings. My question to all the readers who is the real terrorist ? Are these killings justified ? People and Media Talked about the Mumbai Attacks day and night but they never talk of what is happening in the Gaza strip.

People talk of peace and this is the peace given to the people of Gaza. My question to the United States and President Bush why don't you stop Israel ? There is so much i want to write but what is the use

Beautiful Silence

walking along the sand
holding hand in hand
Looking at you
knowing that its true.

Melting at the sound of youre voice
knowing that there isn't a choice
Loving you is not a hard thing
thinking about you makes my heart sing.

The beautiful sunset that stops our breath
is why you can not help but test
You look at me as though you can see
everything that lives inside of me.

All of the love, hurting, faith and trust
seems just like a natural must
Usually you can just let it go
but now tonight you want and have to know.

why does it seem like I have to pay
for all of my past that is all in dismay
You know that i've tried
you know I can't hide.

All of the pain that lives in my brain
All I can do is smile at you.
The only thing I can say
is that "I'm ok...I'm ok..."

Holding hands
walking alonge the sands
Both of us in beautiful silence
watching as the sun goes to rest

Friendships are love from our hearts!

A friend can last a lifetime
You make it feel like springtime
Our love has grown throughout the years
And respect is the glue that brings us cheer

You always make me feel like family
With much love and dignity
Friendship's that continue from school days
Deserve all the highest praise

They are indeed treasures from the heart
A loving friendship from the start
We have shared many moments of time
All of which are so sublime

Birthdays and holidays we always remember
From August to next September
The love in our heart forever grows
A love that forever shows

Thank you friend for always being there
And keeping me in all your prayers
I feel very special to have you as my friend
Our friendship is everlasting without end.

Is BUS......... .male or female?

There is a classroom of some small children (5-7yrs),

With a genius boy ( Bablu ) and a smart one (Pappu).

The dialogue between the two and the teacher goes something like this:

Bablu: "Teacher, teacher! Is Bus male or female?

Teacher : Thinking.... ...

Pappu: "Teacher, teacher! It is female"

Bablu : "Kyon?"

Pappu: "Kyon ki sab log uspe chadte hain."

Teacher is pareshan. While Bablu gets in doubt.

Bablu: "Agar bus female hai aur sab uspe chadte hain to uske bacche kyon nahin hote?"

Teacher is more pareshan.

Pappu: "Kyon ki sab us par peeche se chadte hain."

Teacher is now hiding her face.Bablu gets another doubt.

Bablu: "Maana sabhi peeche se chadte hain, but driver aur conductor to aagay se chadte hain. Phir bachche kyon nahin hote?"

Teacher is sweating as it is getting too much to handle.

Pappu replies : "Kyon ki who dono topi pehanke chadte hain."

Teacher faints !!!!!!!

US giving Viagra of Afghans

The Afghan chieftain looked older than his 60-odd years, and his bearded face bore the creases of a man burdened with duties as tribal patriarch and husband to four younger women. His visitor, a CIA officer, saw an opportunity, and reached into his bag for a small gift.

Four blue pills. Viagra.

"Take one of these. You'll love it," the officer said. Compliments of Uncle Sam.

The enticement worked. The officer, who described the encounter, returned four days later to an enthusiastic reception. The grinning chief offered up a bonanza of information about Taliban movements and supply routes -- followed by a request for more pills.

For U.S. intelligence officials, this is how some crucial battles in Afghanistan are fought and won. While the CIA has a long history of buying information with cash, the growing Taliban insurgency has prompted the use of novel incentives and creative bargaining to gain support in some of the country's roughest neighborhoods, according to officials directly involved in such operations.

In their efforts to win over notoriously fickle warlords and chieftains, the officials say, the agency's operatives have used a variety of personal services. These include pocketknives and tools, medicine or surgeries for ailing family members, toys and school equipment, tooth extractions, travel visas, and, occasionally, pharmaceutical enhancements for aging patriarchs with slumping libidos, the officials said.

"Whatever it takes to make friends and influence people -- whether it's building a school or handing out Viagra," said one longtime agency operative and veteran of several Afghanistan tours. Like other field officers interviewed for this article, he spoke on the condition of anonymity when describing tactics and operations that are largely classified.

Officials say these inducements are necessary in Afghanistan, a country where warlords and tribal leaders expect to be paid for their cooperation, and where, for some, switching sides can be as easy as changing tunics. If the Americans don't offer incentives, there are others who will, including Taliban commanders, drug dealers and even Iranian agents in the region.

The usual bribes of choice -- cash and weapons -- aren't always the best options, Afghanistan veterans say. Guns too often fall into the wrong hands, they say, and showy gifts such as money, jewelry and cars tend to draw unwanted attention.

"If you give an asset $1,000, he'll go out and buy the shiniest junk he can find, and it will be apparent that he has suddenly come into a lot of money from someone," said Jamie Smith, a veteran of CIA covert operations in Afghanistan and now chief executive of SCG International, a private security and intelligence company. "Even if he doesn't get killed, he becomes ineffective as an informant because everyone knows where he got it."

The key, Smith said, is to find a way to meet the informant's personal needs in a way that keeps him firmly on your side but leaves little or no visible trace.

"You're trying to bridge a gap between people living in the 18th century and people coming in from the 21st century," Smith said, "so you look for those common things in the form of material aid that motivate people everywhere."

Among the world's intelligence agencies, there's a long tradition of using sex as a motivator. Robert Baer, a retired CIA officer and author of several books on intelligence, noted that the Soviet spy service was notorious for using attractive women as bait when seeking to turn foreign diplomats into informants.

"The KGB has always used 'honey traps,' and it works," Baer said. For American officers, a more common practice was to offer medical care for potential informants and their loved ones, he said. "I remember one guy we offered an option on a heart bypass," Baer said.

For some U.S. operatives in Afghanistan, Western drugs such as Viagra were just part of a long list of enticements available for use in special cases. Two veteran officers familiar with such practices said Viagra was offered rarely, and only to older tribal officials for whom the drug would hold special appeal. While such sexual performance drugs are generally unavailable in the remote areas where the agency's teams operated, they have been sold in some Kabul street markets since at least 2003 and were known by reputation elsewhere.

"You didn't hand it out to younger guys, but it could be a silver bullet to make connections to the older ones," said one retired operative familiar with the drug's use in Afghanistan. Afghan tribal leaders often had four wives -- the maximum number allowed by the Koran -- and aging village patriarchs were easily sold on the utility of a pill that could "put them back in an authoritative position," the official said.

Both officials who described the use of Viagra declined to discuss details such as dates and locations, citing both safety and classification concerns.

The CIA declined to comment on methods used in clandestine operations. One senior U.S. intelligence official familiar with the agency's work in Afghanistan said the clandestine teams were trained to be "resourceful and agile" and to use tactics "consistent with the laws of our country."

"They learn the landscape, get to know the players, and adjust to the operating environment, no matter where it is," the official said. "They think out of the box, take risks, and do what's necessary to get the job done."

Not everyone in Afghanistan's hinterlands had heard of the drug, leading to some awkward encounters when Americans delicately attempted to explain its effects, taking care not to offend their hosts' religious sensitivities.

Such was the case with the 60-year-old chieftain who received the four pills from a U.S. operative. According to the retired operative who was there, the man was a clan leader in southern Afghanistan who had been wary of Americans -- neither supportive nor actively opposed. The man had extensive knowledge of the region and his village controlled key passages through the area. U.S. forces needed his cooperation and worked hard to win it, the retired operative said.

After a long conversation through an interpreter, the retired operator began to probe for ways to win the man's loyalty. A discussion of the man's family and many wives provided inspiration. Once it was established that the man was in good health, the pills were offered and accepted.

Four days later, when the Americans returned, the gift had worked its magic, the operative recalled.

"He came up to us beaming," the official said. "He said, 'You are a great man.' "

"And after that we could do whatever we wanted in his area."

Bush SHOE Story had links to Pakistan!

humorous email and thought I’d share it here with you people.

The pair of shoes which was thrown at Mr. Bush in Iraq has links to Pakistan, said a statement from Pentagon.

The Pentagon says they have the following proof:

i) The journalist had visited Pakistan earlier this year. There he was inspired by the shoe throwing at former CM of Sindh, Arbab Ghulam Rahim and former Law minister, Sher Afghan Niazi.

ii) He received his training of throwing shoes by a Pakistan based ‘Jihadi’ cobblers organization.

iii) The DNA sample of leather has revealed that the animal whose skin was used for manufacturing the shoe had traces of grass which is grown in North of Pakistan and this skin was collected by a Jihadi organization on Eid-ul-Adha earlier this month.

Hearing this and provision of such ‘concrete evidence’, President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani have decided to ban the Jihadi organization and launched a country wide crackdown against all the cobblers in Pakistan.

It was also decided at a cabinet meeting that the cobblers will now have to register themselves with the Government of Pakistan and obtain licenses from the same.

That’s what happens when you make yourself a laughing stock for the rest of the world!

Mumbai drama, hotel guests testify to What actually happened

Friends this is collective stuff from my search this material is not against any body unless the truth.

Hotel guest tell us the true story as to what happened when they were kept as hostages. The stories craft by the Indian electronic and print media were absolutely absurd from the very beginning. Now we have it that the guests who had trapped themselves inside hotel rooms for safety were actually instructed by policemen to leave the building while the fighting raged on.

Several other things have been left unanswered, including the gross failure of Indian security and intelligence agencies that such a big terrorist attack happened right under their nose, in a country aspiring to become a regional superpower. All these questions that raise in one’s mind have been discussed before here and at several other forums.

So much so that the Indian minister for minorities had to resign for raising the issue of Mr. Karkare’s suspicious killing at an unknown location on the same day - the senior Indian policeman who had exposed the masterminds of the Samjhota express bombings and held a Hindu serving Indian army Colonel for the same.

Yet India is still pushing forward with its absurd, concocted story of the deadly Mumbai terror attacks holding Pakistan responsible, while all evidence points towards it as being a staged drama by Indian Hindu extremists who have penetrated Indian state machinery in large numbers.

Following is the BBC news report, in which guests at the Taj hotel have testified against the Indian police..

By Adam Mynott
BBC News, Mumbai
Guests trapped in a Mumbai hotel seized by gunmen last month have told the BBC they were given instructions by police that may have led to more people dying.

Police told a group hiding in the Taj Mahal Palace hotel that it was safe to leave the building, a survivor said.

But members of the group were shot and killed by militant gunmen as they were making their way out.

The senior policeman in charge of the operation in the hotel has denied the allegations against his officers.

‘Suspicious’

A prominent Mumbai gynaecologist, Dr Prashant Mangeshikar, was trapped in the Taj Mahal hotel along with hundreds of other guests as gunmen stormed into the building, firing indiscriminately.

Terrified, he and others barricaded themselves into a room and waited.

Eventually, in the early hours of the morning, police officers made it through to where they were hiding and told people it was safe to leave the hotel because the gunmen were cornered on another floor.

Some went ahead but Dr Mangeshikar held back.

“I was a little suspicious that the police were actually sending these guys down a different route where the terrorists were supposed to be,” he said.

“I refused to move away and the people who ran ahead of me, about 20 or 30 of them, all of them died.”

A dress designer from the city says her aunt was shot dead and her cousin seriously wounded because they followed police instructions to try to leave.

The designer, Shilpa, described the police conduct as disgraceful.

They had no right, she said, to risk people’s lives.

The senior policeman in charge of the operation in the hotel has denied these allegations against his officers.

But they add to growing criticism of the police and how they responded to the attack in which more than 170 people were killed.

The move seems to be one to fuel more hatred against Pakistan by increasing the number of deaths as a result of this barbaric act.

Bush's $1 Trillion War on Terror: Even Costlier Than Expected

The news that President Bush's war on terror will soon have cost the U.S. taxpayer $1 trillion — and counting — is unlikely to spread much Christmas cheer in these tough economic times. A trio of recent reports — none by the Bush Administration — suggests that sometime early in the Obama presidency, spending on the wars started since 9/11 will pass the trillion-dollar mark. Even after adjusting for inflation, that's four times more than America spent fighting World War I, and more than 10 times the cost of 1991's Persian Gulf War (90 percent of which was paid for by U.S. allies). The war on terror looks set to surpass the cost the Korean and Vietnam wars combined, to be topped only by World War II's price tag of $3.5 trillion.

The cost of sending a single soldier to fight for a year in Afghanistanor Iraq is about $775,000 — three times more than in other recent wars, says a new report from the private but authoritative Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. A large chunk of the increase is a result of the Administration cramming new military hardware into the emergency budget bills it has been using to pay for the wars. (See pictures of U.S. troops in Iraq)

These costs, of course, pale alongside the price paid by the nearly 5,000 U.S. troops who have lost their lives in the conflicts — not to mention the wounded — and the families of all the casualties. And President Bush insists that their sacrifice, and the expenditure on the wars, has helped prevent a recurrence of 9/11. "We could not afford to wait for the terrorists to attack again," he said last week at the Army War College. "So we launched a global campaign to take the fight to the terrorists abroad, to dismantle their networks, to dry up their financing and find their leaders and bring them to justice."

But many Americans may suffer a moment of sticker shock from the conclusions of the CSBA report, and similar assessments from the Government Accounting Office and Congressional Research Service, which make clear that the nearly $1 trillion already spent is only a down payment on the war's long-term costs. The trillion-dollare figure does not, for example, include long-term health care for veterans, thousands of whom have suffered crippling wounds, or the interest payments on the money borrowed by the Federal government to fund the war. The bottom lines of the three assessments vary: The CSBA study says $904 billion has been spent so far, while the GAO says the Pentagon alone has spent $808 billion through last September. The CRS study says the wars have cost $864 billion, but it didn't factor inflation into its calculations.

Sifting through Pentagon data, the CSBA study breaks down the total cost for the war on terror as $687 billion for Iraq, $184 billion for Afghanistan, and $33 billion for homeland security. By 2018, depending on how many U.S. troops remain in Afghanistan and Iraq, the total cost is projected likely to be between $1.3 trillion and $1.7 trillion. On the safe assumption that the wars are being waged with borrowed money, interest payments raise the cost by an additional $600 billion through 2018.

Shortly before the Iraq war began, White House economic adviser Larry Lindsey earned a rebuke from within the Administration when he said the war could cost as much as $200 billion. "It's not knowable what a war or conflict like that would cost," Defense Secretary Don Rumsfeld said. "You don't know if it's going to last two days or two weeks or two months. It certainly isn't going to last two years."

According to the CSBA study, the Administration has fudged the war's true costs in two ways: Borrowing money to fund the wars is one way of conducting it on the cheap, at least in the short term. But just as pernicious has been the Administration's novel way of budgeting for them. Previous wars were funded through the annual appropriations process, with emergency spending — which gets far less congressional scrutiny — only used for the initial stages of a conflict. But the Bush Administration relied on such supplemental appropriations to fund the wars until 2008, seven years after invading Afghanistan and five years after storming Iraq.

"For these wars we have relied on supplemental appropriations for far longer than in the case of past conflicts," says Steven Kosiak of the CSBA, one of Washington's top defense-budget analysts. "Likewise, we have relied on borrowing to cover more of these costs than we have in earlier wars —which will likely increase the ultimate price we have to pay." That refusal to spell out the full cost can lead to unwise spending increases elsewhere in the federal budget or unwarranted tax cuts. "A sound budgeting process forces policymakers to recognize the true costs of their policy choices," Kosiak adds. "Not only did we not raise taxes, we cut taxes and significantly expanded spending."

The bottom line: Bush's projections of future defense spending "substantially understate" just how much money it will take to run Obama's Pentagon, Kosiak says in his report. Luckily, Defense Secretary Robert Gates plans to hang around to try to iron out the problem.

A love like yours

Sometimes I wonder, how can we stand each other?
After all the fights we've had, those tears we've shed...
Is it true that there's a special bond between us?
A bond that can make us forgive and forget the pain that we've let each other felt...
I wonder sometimes if you really care,
if you really mean those words that you've said...
That you love me, and you'll always will...
There were times that I wanted to doubt you, but still...
I believe you...Cause a love like oUrs is tOo special to be wasted...
It is too rare to be taken forgranted..
And I know that as long as we hold on to each other...
Your love will stand even if all else has fallen...

A Bridge Of Love

When we typed those very first words,
How could we have possibly known.
Our words would bring us so close,
And this beautiful love would be sown.

Words exchanged between friends;
Made their way into our hearts.
Then words became words of love,
With hopes and dreams to impart.

How can you fall so much in love,
With someone who you haven't met?
Because it is the words which reveal,
The heart of a person on the internet.

Your words made it so easy for me,
For your heart and soul to perceive.
And when love is based on words only,
Falling in love isn't so hard to conceive.

I didn't need to see a picture of you,
Or to even hear the sound of your voice.
As it is the person who you are inside,
Which made you my dreams only choice.

Our hearts travelled towards each other,
And bridged the gap between the miles.
There is no distance between two hearts,
When it's your love that the bridge compiles.

LOVE LETTER TO MY LOVE

Secretly am smiling at you very session
Surprisingly am short of words for no reason
Want to speak a lot and express my thought
But all words got struck in my neck throat
My heart being like a shape of leafweighs like a huge mountain inner deep
My heart was before like a clear ice snow
Your fingers came and written a couplet prose
When you are touching me,
I melt like an ice
The same can't be visualized through human eyes
I remember one day,
Love approached me seeking permission
Now with your presence, it demand me to sign the agreement
People know through land, sky and water electricity is made
But I know, the LOVE I have for you will capture global heed
Even my horoscope, did not mention a single line about this feel
I too never expect and thought
I will get capture in this LOVE zeal
After your charisma, my heart is beating like a thunder storm
Please accept my proposal to love me and make myself calm
My soul is filled with pleasure whenever
I think about yourself
For this is the finnest moment i want to treasure with myself
My heart is in love with you and hence my eyes are staring at you
Before ending the stare, how come your image got inserted in my heart
Your name is written in the index page of my heart, but I know in this birth i will not succeed to passI pray GOD to give me one more birth and a chance
To express my love to you and make you mine forever.
With Love.,

Heart Thoughts

Sitting here remembering
whenI saw the beauty rush out
like a might windI never saw
it before or bothered to noticeBut now
I see it and on it I am focused.
The gentleness of your voice
The way you make me feelwhen
I see your lovely smile.
The way you laugh and care for othersEven go beyond the extra mile.
I am focused on thatwhether you believe me or not
My heart aches for youAnd my stomach is in knots.
Now I had to declare,
The thoughts of my heart. In hopes that you'd give me,
A place in your heart

Touch Yourself

I understand the why
Yet I cannot grasp the how;
But if this is the way you must handle us
I will try to understand somehow.
There is one thing that
I ask As you walk away;
Please create a corner in your heart for me So at least, there,
I can always stay.
You will always be my love That will never change;
Though we are going separate ways
That fact remains the same.
I know we must let each other go Circumstances force us to set each other free;
But today, I give back to you . . . your words -
Touch Yourself and You Touch Me.

There is a girl who sits in black

There is a girl who sits in black
Close to me yet so away.
There are few moments
I spend with her Yet they are very precious to give away
She's got a cute smile and deep lovely eyes
You look at them & you can't look away
She has been there for quite some time
But the closeness has never been felt this way
She works so hard all the time
How sad it is that she doesn't have time To sit & talk and to chit-chat
But she for sure is a brat Mischievous she is when I think of her.
With that sweet wickedness in her smile
She's fun to be with & difficult to ignore
Being with her I never feel bored I don't know how to express
Whether to just kiss & tell This is what
I feel for you This is what
I want to tell you To that girl in black Oh!
that sweet girl who sits in black

The Wood Cutter

One day a woodcutter took his grandson into the forest for his first experience in selecting and cutting oak trees. These they would later sell to the boat builders.

As they walked along, the woodcutter explained that the purpose of each tree is contained in its natural shape: some are straight for planks, some have the proper curves for the ribs of a boat, and some are tall for masts.

The woodcutter told his grandson that by paying attention to the details of each tree, and with experience in recognizing these characteristics, someday he too might become the woodcutter of the forest.

A little way into the forest, the grandson saw an old oak tree that had never been cut. The boy asked his grandfather if he could cut it down because it was useless for boat building - there were no straight limbs, the trunk was, short and gnarled, and the curves were going the wrong way. "We could cut it down for firewood," the grandson said. "At least then it will be of some use to us." The woodcutter replied that for now they should be about their work cutting the proper trees for the boat builders; maybe later they could return to the old oak tree.

After a few hours of cutting the huge trees, the grandson grew tired and asked if they could stop for a rest in some cool shade. The woodcutter took his grandson over to the old oak tree, where they rested against its trunk in the cool shade beneath its twisted limbs.

After they had rested a while, the woodcutter explained to his grandson the necessity of attentive awareness and recognition of everything in the forest and in the world. Some things are readily apparent, like the tall, straight trees; other things are less apparent, requiring closer attention, like recognition of the proper curves in the limbs. And some things might initially appear to have no purpose at all, like the gnarled old oak tree.

The woodcutter stated, "You must learn to pay careful attention every day so you can recognize and discover the purpose God has for everything in creation. For it is this old oak tree, which you so quickly deemed useless except for firewood, that now allows us to rest against its trunk amidst the coolness of its shade.

"Remember, grandson, not everything is as it first appears. Be patient, pay attention, recognize, and discover."

~*~*LOVE Hurts~*~*

My luv is too big for me to care about

but its too small for u to think about…

Thou my nights r colorful wit Ur dreams

still my days mourn in ur absence.

Even in a strand of Ur hair, I see my luv

but u glimpse my luv as a strand of hair…

Ur words are octets and Ur silence is my sonnet.

still it portrays only elegiacs

U mean so much & I care dat much

nothing I expect, & am set aback

better I watch u from there

so far yet so near…

Not all gestures of love

strokes of ur lash will do

i’ll be fulfilled

Wen I think of luv, I think of U

both hurt me,

Luv hurts me wit U,

and U hurt me witout luv

A to Z of Love!

Age does not protect you from love but love to some extent protects you from age.
Better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved at all.
Choose the one who loves you, and not whom you love.
Don't forget to love yourself.

Everyone admits that love is wonderful and necessary, yet no one agrees on just what it is.

For one human being to love another: that is perhaps the most difficult of our tasks; the ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is but preparation.

Gravitation can not be held responsible for people falling in love.

He who loves 50 people has 50 woes; he who loves no one has no woes.

If you judge people, you have no time to love them.

Just three words, "I Love You" , but they mean world to everybody.

Kindness is love in disguise.

Love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction.

Mature love says: "I need you because I love you." Immature love says: "I love you because I need you."

Nothing can be as beautiful as falling in Love.

Offerings of love should be made without any expectations.

Precious possessions that a man can ever have, is a woman's heart.

Quotes are peoples way to express their experience of love.

Rose is the symbol of love.

Set me as a seal upon thy heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death.

There is only one happiness in life, to love and to be loved.

Usually a man in love cannot be harsh.

Victory of a heart is the most priced possession.

Within you, I lose myself; Without you, I find myself, searching to be lost again.

X-ray can not reveal a love struck heart.

Yes, is the ultimate word for love.

Zodiac signs are insignificant when it comes to love.
